Charles Barkley wants nothing to do with your fancy basketball stats

Well, Charles Barkley has the basketball world talking once again, and this time Houston Rockets GM Daryl Morey is involved in everything.

Tuesday night on Inside the NBA, Barkley was asked about a recent tweet sent out by Morey, where he accused Chuck of being misinformed on some things.

Well, as you would certainly expect, Barkley had a little something to throw his way, and what came out of it was another glorious rant. This time, we learned that Barkley hates people who use analytics to discuss basketball.

“The NBA is about talent,” Barkley said. “All these guys who run these organizations who talk about analytics, they have one thing in common — they’re a bunch of guys who have never played the game, and they never got the girls in high school, and they just want to get in the game.”

This was definitely one of his better on-air rants and if you happened to miss the segment, you can watch it below.
