Marshawn Lynch movie is a real thing (Video)
A movie about Marshawn Lynch’s life is being made and clips for it were released yesterday and it just looks absolutely horrible.
As if all things about Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch couldn’t get funnier, they have. Yesterday, clips from an upcoming movie about his life called Family First: The Marshawn Lynch Story, were released and the acting is just hilarious.
Judging from the “highlights” from the movie, this looks to be a true story where you see Marshawn spending a lot of time talking about his hatred for reporters where at one point he asks a kid, “Is you a reporter?” when he wants to ask him a question.
And then, at the 3:17 mark, he’s shown sitting in a car talking about reporters and the press.
“You ready for this?” the friend asks him. “There’s reporters up there, too.”
To which Lynch replied beautifully, “Don’t matter. They only can report what I say. If I don’t say nothin’, then what they gonna report on?”
Well, they gonna report on you saying nothing, actually. Marshawn Lynch made waves this year when he started to answer all questions from reporters with the same thing, or even remain silent sometimes.
This was a huge deal at the Super Bowl Media Day where Lynch responded to all questions says, “I’m just here so I won’t get fined.” Which, is actually in the news today because Lynch filed for a trademark of the saying.
The Seattle Seahawks running back may even retire from the NFL after losing to the New England Patriots in the Super Bowl this season. He’s yet to make a new deal with the team yet, and reports say that the 28-year-old may be done with the game.
We’ll see if it was all a stunt to hype up his new, awful-looking movie.
