The Buffalo Bills officially introduced LeSean McCoy on Tuesday, and he took the time to troll the Philadelphia Eagles.

LeSean McCoy had a rough season in Philadelphia last year — which is saying a lot considering the numbers he put up. But McCoy is a franchise running back and he wasn’t being treated that way by Chip Kelly and the Eagles. Proof of this was seen in his being traded straight up for a linebacker with a torn ACL, something that can very easily be interpreted as a lack of respect.

It didn’t take long for Shady to throw some shade at the Eagles for trading him and generally under appreciating him during the Chip Kelly era.

The first thing LeSean McCoy got off his chest at his press conference with the Buffalo Bills was a massive troll directed at the Philadelphia Eagles for trading him.

He’s not wrong. The Eagles vastly under appreciated McCoy during his final years with the team, and that had a lot to do with Chip Kelly valuing his system over his players. It’s not surprising to see guys like McCoy and DeSean Jackson bitter over their treatment as both are franchise players who were shipped out of town like they were bit players.

In a system like Kelly’s, everyone is a bit player and clearly everyone is expendable. McCoy has a right to be bitter, and that’s good news for the Bills who aren’t just getting an All-Pro back, they’re getting one with a purpose.
