San Antonio Spurs C Tim Duncan bet a good friend that he could splash another 3-pointer this season and he was able to do it. 

Tim Duncan bet a good friend $100 that he could knock down another 3 pointer and he was able to back it up by knocking down a triple in the corner. PAY THAT MAN!

I guess he was feeling pretty good about that.

Duncan had only made one three this season coming into the game, but that didn’t stop him from making a little wager with one of his good friends.

I love how Duncan snuck over to the corner to take that triple. He normally wouldn’t be looking for that shot out there, but he has to prove that he can knock it down. When you put a bet down for $100, then you have to at least take a shot from out there to prove that you can make it happen.

Timmy D. better not fall in love with that shot. He better just stay down in the paint where he can continue to do work. I am sure that there will be a few defenders that will want to bet him that he can’t make another one from out there.
