Floyd Mayweather Sr. wipes out on a Vegas dance floor prior to his son’s win over Manny Pacquiao.

His son may float like a butterfly and sting like a bee, but Floyd Mayweather Sr. wipes out like a sorority girl.

A few days prior to his son’s victory over Manny Pacquiao, Floyd Mayweather Sr., the father and coach of Floyd Mayweather Jr., took it to the dance floor to burn off some steam, and wiped out in the process.

Last Thursday in Las Vegas, at an event at Fiesta Rancho Casino, Floyd Sr. took the dance floor and really got into it. He even executed a full push-up type drop down to the floor and back up. Keep in mind, this man is 62-years-old.

While trying to pull off some dance moves in the vein of James Brown or Bruno Mars, Mayweather Sr. fell down, rolled backwards and nearly knocked over a table. To his credit, he gets back up and starts grooving again, just as vigorously as before, seemingly un-phased.

Regardless of the botched execution, you have to give Floyd Sr. credit for attempting to pull off these moves. He may be an older man, but he is not letting that slow him down. And we’re sure that Floyd Jr.’s win eased the pain from the fall itself.

When your son is the undisputed welterweight boxing champion of the world, you can’t let a little thing like falling in front of a massive crowd bum you out. You might be 0-1 but your son is 48-0 and you’re part of the reason why.

Frankly, if you’re a member of The Money Team, it’s going to take a lot more than a dance-floor fall being posted all over the Internet to embarrass you. You can wipe away all those tears with hundred dollar bills.
