The Cardinals are serious Super Bowl contenders, and John Brown is doing all he can to help out.
When the NFL season started, there was some buzz about the Cardinals in the NFC West, but they were largely forgotten despite the incredible season they had in 2014. What better way to make your presence known than to go above and beyond what you’ve already done — which is what Bruce Arians’ team is currently doing.
The Cardinals are in control of the No. 2 seed in the NFC and it’s looking like they’ll lock up a first-round bye in the coming weeks. It won’ the easy, but the Cardinals seem to have the right players to make the right plays at the right time. Just look at John Brown on Thursday night.
After Adrian Peterson scored his 100th career TD, Brown took a Carson Palmer pass 65-yards for an incredible touchdown to get Arizona back on top.
Brown has been a stud for the Cardinals in the same way we’ve seen receivers for Tom Brady, Ben Roethlisberger and Aaron Rodgers grow into their own. Brown was living in Larry Fitzgerald’s shadow not that long ago, but he’s quickly grown into his own player and is booming a star all on his own.
