LeBron James reportedly met with Tyronn Lue and Cavaliers management to apologize for his recent behavior.

Recently, Cleveland Cavaliers star forward LeBron James was in the headlines for all the wrong reasons. During halftime of a loss to the Miami Heat, instead of leading his team or giving them a pep talk, LeBron instead spent halftime chatting with former teammate Dwayne Wade. Cavs head coach Tyronn Lue took offense to that.

James apologized to Lue after a chat between the two.

“I just told him we can’t have that, being down like we were and him being the leader,” said Cavaliers head coach Tyronn Lue via Cleveland.com.

LeBron also met with Cavaliers general manager David Griffin after an interview with Bleacher Report went viral. In that interview, James discussed the possibility of forming a “Big Four” with Carmelo Anthony, Wade, and Chris Paul.

“I really hope that, before our career is over, we can all play together,” LeBron James said, via Bleacher Report. Griffin talked to LeBron about focusing.

From Cleveland.com:

"Though the Cavs believe [Lebron’s cryptic tweets] to be innocuous, given the bevy of attention heaped upon James and the Cavs lately, Griffin’s message to James was it’s time to play ball."

It seems that LeBron is getting that accountability that he wants from Lue. But can he continue to get it and will it be enough for the Cavaliers to achieve their ultimate goal – bringing an NBA title to Cleveland?
