A report says Johnny Manziel trashed a rented home in Los Angeles during a recent weekend of partying.

It wouldn’t be a week in the NFL and the world of sports without a story about Johnny Manziel again doing something that has people wondering what is going on in the mind of the former first round pick and Heisman Trophy winner.

While Manziel still is looking for a NFL team to sign him after his release from the Cleveland Browns following two seasons with the team, Johnny Football isn’t helping his case with the latest report coming out about alleged partying that went too far.

The lawyer for a real estate broker from the Los Angeles area told the New York Post’s Page Six that Manziel trashed a mansion he rented recently in West Hollywood, CA:

"“Mr. Manziel threw large parties on both nights, causing extensive damage . . . Evidence suggests [Manziel] and his guests were consuming drugs and alcohol . . . and that they caused a disturbance to the neighborhood,” which led to the LAPD being called on April 6."

The real estate agent, Nicholas Goodwin, described the scene in vivid detail:

"“They were supposed to check out at noon. Manziel was passed out . . . There was cocaine all over the kitchen table, and mushrooms were still out on the table in front of him. There was booze everywhere . . . broken glasses over the floor and a Champagne glass in a tree.”"

Goodwin is asking for Manziel to pay for the $32,000 in damages to the $4.5 million mansion. He says if the quarterback and his reps don’t respond, they will file a lawsuit.

The latest story comes just days after Johnny Manziel’s new agent, Drew Rosenhaus, filed paperwork to terminate their partnership until Manziel seeks help for his issues. Rosenhaus can take back the termination per league rules within five days of Manziel does seek help, but that doesn’t seem to be happening.

Johnny Manziel has reportedly spoken with the Denver Broncos in recent weeks about a spot with the team, but no deal was signed and the team denied that one was ever discussed.
