Dabo Swinney recently went undercover and the new Clemson facility and, well, it didn’t work out as planned

Aside from being one of the best college football coaches in the country at the moment, as evidenced by the trip to the national championship game last season, if there’s one thing we know about Clemson Tigers head coach Dabo Swinney it’s that he likes to have fun sometimes. Just look at the rampant dancing that he does in the locker room — or don’t, you might not like it.

Anyway, recently the Tigers head man decided to have some more fun as he was going to go undercover as “Fred from Albuquerque” and join the construction staff of the new Clemson football facility that’s being built on campus. Yes, in case you were wondering, this is in fact a total spoof on Undercover Boss.

Well, let’s just say that while he tried his best, the disguise didn’t really work out all that well.

"This week on Undercover Boss… Dabo Swinney visits our new Ops Facility!See more here: https://t.co/NYsOf3Yj5x https://t.co/84gO4Q9n5r— Clemson Football (@ClemsonFB) May 17, 2016"

Now of course, this whole thing could have been a setup, but would anyone that’s known Swinney really be surprised if he was that bad of an actor?
