That Browns quarterback jersey that everyone knows about is being retired after the Cavaliers ended the title drought for the city of Cleveland

We knew that the Cleveland Cavaliers winning the NBA Championship on Sunday would bring out all of the emotions in the city, but this is kinda some next-level stuff right here.

By now, if you’re even the slightest fan of the game of football, you’re probably aware of that infamous Cleveland Browns jersey that showcases all of the failed attempts the team has made with the starting quarterback position. It’s a white Browns jersey that features all the names of those that have tried and failed to man the offensive ship in Cleveland, but to no avail.

Well, after the Cavs’ win on Sunday night, it’s apparently going into retirement. Brokaw Inc., the place where the jersey currently resides, announced on Monday that the Browns quarterback jersey will be no more.

Well, though, after 52 years without a title in the city, I guess those within Cleveland are going to have a new outlook on a lot of things, even if it has nothing to do with the sport of basketball at all.

LeBron James really is the savior of the city of Cleveland if he can get those to not worry as much about the abysmal Browns quarterback history.
