Dallas Cowboys superstar wide receiver Dez Bryant suffered a concussion during practice in training camp.

The Dallas Cowboys struggled through the 2015 NFL season en route to a disappointing 4-12 record. The injuries to quarterback Tony Romo and wide receiver Dez Bryant were widely blamed for the last place finish in the NFC East.

Now the Cowboys fans are holding their breaths after Bryant suffered a concussion in practice on Monday, as reported by Mike Fisher of the 105.3 The Fan in Dallas.

The fortunate news is that a concussion will take a couple of weeks to recover from, and the season doesn’t start for another three weeks roughly. Bryant likely will be held out of the rest of the preseason, Fisher already reported that Bryant was ruled out for Thursday night’s game against the Seattle Seahawks.

Any injury news is still worrisome for the Cowboys, who have been hit with an injury bug lately, as they try to finally win a Super Bowl with Romo and crew.

In his down time, maybe Bryant can convince the folks at EA Sports to increase his rating, which Bryant called an insult.

“It is what it is,” Bryant said, according to the Dallas News. “We’re just going to see what happens. Like I told Madden, they put me at 90, I’m not worried about that. That rating going to shoot up real quick, you best believe that.”

Bryant is an avid Madden player, routinely inviting fans to play him online.

“I play Madden, I f—– love Madden,” he said. “They would do me like that? Oh my God. That is an insult, like why would you do that to me? How much I love y’all. Like what? Not John Madden, because I love him. It’s the developers.”
