Buffalo hopes to take advantage of a Niners’ team that has lost four straight games and allowed a combined 140 points in those setbacks.</p> <p>Playoff hopes: After that miserable start, the Bills are suddenly riding a three-game winning streak and appear to be playing with a lot of confidence.
