With the annual Army vs Navy classic looming, a look at the best ESPN College GameDay signs from M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, MD

Saturday is a bittersweet day for college football fans. First, it’s the final day of the regular season, technically. After a long, wild run throughout 14 weeks, all of the bowl games are set, the Heisman Trophy will be awarded later on Saturday night, and it’s all coming to a close. Yet at the same time, fans are also treated to one of the greatest rivalries in the sport with Army vs Navy. Subsequently, ESPN had only one choice—to take ESPN College GameDay to Baltimore for the matchup.

The reasons for the rivalry don’t need much explanation. Though the armed forces all work towards the same cause and so too do these students at these schools, that doesn’t mean that they don’t have a bit of desire to one-up the other. And when you have a rivalry like that, you know the GameDay signs are going to be fantastic.

And what a scene for the GameDay signs and the whole show. Sitting on the bay in Baltimore, it was clearly cold, but the fans and students were there ready to support their team. But there was far more going on that just “Go X, Beat X” signs. Now, the GameDay signs were on-point on Saturday.

Without question, this is one of the most underrated weeks for GameDay signs. This is one of the best rivalries in the country, regardless of the Midshipmen’s dominance in the rivalry.

The question now will be if the Black Knights can finally end this losing streak that they’ve been on. Navy may have the better record, but Army is a talented football team with a solid record. Even if the losing streak doesn’t end, it should be an absolute treat to watch on Saturday afternoon.
