I’m probably a bit biased but I feel confident in saying Giannis Antetokounmpo is the best thing ever in the NBA. Before morphing into a top-10 or so player this season, Antetokounpo was already a superstar thanks to his uniqueness and personality. But one thing that has been missing from the young Bucks star during his breakout season has been the goofy off-court things that made him so lovable in the first place.

Luckily, Mountain Dew stepped in to fix that with a cool prank.

First of all, the reactions are great. As a Bucks fan, I am used to seeing the Bucks get ignored by most people. To have a bunch of random fans so excited to see Antetokounmpo is a great sign. But Antetokounmpo’s reactions are heartwarming too. He seems to genuinely love the interactions with all the fans. Though, I guess it is hard not to when you have random people doing pushups at a bus stop. That would be fun for anyone.

However, the most fun part of the whole video is the end. Antetokounmpo has talked before about how Allen Iverson was his childhood hero. After he surprises the fans that he talked with via bus stop Facetime, Mountain Dew surprised Antetokounmpo with a call from Iverson. The genuine look of surprise and amazement on Antetokounmpo’s face is just amazing. It also is a great reminder of how far he has come. Antetokounmpo wasn’t a guy who was a can’t miss high school or college star that went to camps and was around players like Iverson his whole life. Talking to Iverson is a big moment for him, and he reacts accordingly.

Now Mountain Dew needs to move this campaign around the country. Mostly to New Jersey. Because I would love the chance to talk to Antetokounmpo — even if it means dancing or doing pushups in a public place.
