By Josh Sanchez
The Super Bowl XLVII matchup — or HarBowl/Bro Bowl/Super Baugh, whichever you prefer — is set between the San Francisco 49ers and Baltimore Ravens and fans are beginning to prepare their trips to New Orleans to root on their favorite team as they are just one win away from the ultimate goal of hoisting the Lombardi Trophy.
While fans are preparing for the trip, they should ask themselves, “Which jersey should I pack for the big game? Will my team be wearing their home or away unis?”
Well, we have the answer for you.

The 49ers have been designated as the home team for the big game, so they will be rocking the red jerseys in New Orleans. In the past jersey color has not mattered for the team, but young quarterback Colin Kaepernick hopes to become the latest 49ers signal-caller to raise the Lombardi Trophy in the red threads.
Of course, with San Francisco in red, that means Baltimore will be rocking the white jerseys. Do the Ravens have a Super Bowl history in the white unis?
The sure do.
In Super Bowl XXXV. the team won their only Super Bowl in franchise history while wearing white. In that game, linebacker Ray Lewis was named the Super Bowl MVP. San Francisco is hoping the white jerseys don’t bring Baltimore luck in Lewis’ final NFL game.
San Francisco is going for their sixth Super Bowl win in team history.
