NFL 2013 Strength of Schedule

The NFL has announced the 2013 strength of schedule for all of the league’s 32 teams. Strength of schedule is determined by the opponent’s record from last season.
Of course, teams can improve or regress during the offseason, but strength of schedule gives us a quick indication of just how hard it could be for a team to make it to the Super Bowl next season.
Unfortunately for the Carolina Panthers, they were blessed with the toughest road to Super Bowl XLVIII. This year’s defending champion Baltimore Ravens have the fifth toughest schedule, while the NFL runner-up San Francisco 49ers come in at No. 9.
The easiest road to Super Bowl XLVIII belongs to the Denver Broncos, who are already considered the betting favorite to hoist the Lombardi Trophy in 2014. The rest of the AFC West and Indianapolis Colts round out the five easiest schedules for next season.
