Congratulations if you’re still in the hunt for your fantasy basketball championship. There’s still some value on the waiver wire if you need a last-minute finishing kick for your league. All of the players listed below are available in at least half of ESPN leagues and can help  you finish strong sas you look to take home the title in your league.

5 Fantasy Basketball Backcourt options

1. Avery Bradley-Boston Celtics: (10.8%) Bradley will get plenty of minutes for the Celtics coming down the stretch. His time on the floor makes him a good source of peripherals like steals, assists, and rebounds although his scoring can be up-and-down depending on the matchup. He is averaging 13.2 over his last five games including 18 at Utah and 22 on the road against the Sixers. Friday night’s game against the Hawks was his first without a three-pointer in his last five as well. Bradley isn’t likely to explode in any one category, but if you need across-the-board guard production Bradley is a great pickup with a nice schedule over the next few weeks.

2. Marco Belinelli-Chicago Bulls: (4.4%) Belinelli is a streaky scorer, but on a Bulls team searching for offense he provides some nuice numbers. In his last three games he’s played over 40 minutes, made three or more three-pointer’s, and scored over 20 points. He’s averaged 21.0 points, 5.0 assists, and 2.3 rebounds over his last three. He may not continue at that pace, but should proved three’s, scoring, and solid percentages over the weeks to come.

3. Martell Webster-Washington Wizards: (9.4%) If you’re looking for an alternative to Belinelli, Martell Webster may be the pickup. He offers the same skillset averaging 12.2 points, 2.2 three’s and 4.2 rebounds over the last five games. John Wall and Bradley Beal are the future of the Wizards, but Webster has shown he can fill the statsheet when he gets playing time. Webster is best used as a three-point specialist.

4. Devin Harris-Atlanta Hawks: (8.1%) Harris isn’t a three-point shooter although he will hit one from time-to-time. He’s getting a little more playing time behind Jeff Teague and is worth a look if you need asssits. He’s averaged 4.0 assists over his last five games and had a season-high nine in his game last night. If he gets playing time due to DeShawn Stevenson’s injury or disfavor, Harris could be a nice option coming down the stretch.

5. J. J. Barea-Minnesota Timberwolves: (5.0%) J.J. has averaged 13.0 points over his last five games and has added 3.0 assists and 1.8 three’s. He’s made at least a three-pointer in six games in a row and can give you a boost when he gets the playing time. He should continue to contribute three’s, assists, and decent scoring for the T-Wolves off the bench.

5 Fantasy Basketball Frontcourt options

Mar. 1, 2013; Phoenix, AZ, USA; Phoenix Suns center Jermaine O

1. Jermaine O’Neal-Phoenix Suns-(12.8%) O’Neal is the ultimate high-risk, high-reward pickup. He has missed the last three days to be with his teenage daughter as she dealt with a serious health issue. The procedure reportedly went well, and O’Neal should be back for Phoenix on Monday. In his last 10 games, he’s averaged 12.1 points and 9.8 boards along with 2.0 blocks and 1.1 assists. If he sees increased minutes and if his healthy allows, he could be a huge pickup across the stat sheet for your playoff matchup. He could also be too limited to contribute, so if you’re looking for a safe pick this isn’t it. If you are going to swing for the fences, O’Neal could pay off while the Suns deal with the loss of Marcin Gortat.

2. Wilson Chandler-Denver Nuggets-(39.8%) Chandler is unpredictable but usually contributes something as long as he’s healthy. The Nuggets and Coach George Karl tend to go with the hot hand which means that Chandler takes a backseat in some games while lighting it up in others. He’s averaged 14.2 points, 4.2 boards, and 1.8 three-pointers over his last five games.

3. Jason Thompson-Sacramento Kings-(45.4%) Thompson is a nightly double-double threat but hasn’t been crashing the boards as much recently. He has been scoring though as DeMarcus Cousins struggles. Over the past five games, he’s scored 14.2 points per game while adding 6.8 rebounds, 1.2 steals, and 0.4 blocks. His value is linked to Cousins play, so he could disappear statistically if Cousins finishes the season strong. Thompson is worth the risk in many leagues since Cousins is so volatile and Thompson is a steady PF option.

4. Marcus Morris-Phoenix Suns: (0.3%) Both Morris brothers should benefit from more playing time while the Suns are without Marcin Gortat. The lineup and rotation are in flux, but both Morris twins started the last two games. Marcus has played more minutes and had scored double-digits in his last four before behind held to nine last night. He’s also averaging 3.8 rebounds, 1.8 steals, and 1.6 three-pointers to go with his 12 PPG over his last five. He’s a decent pickup if you need a deep-league flier for the next couple weeks after the Suns acquired him in their trade deadline deal.

5. Reggie Evans-Brooklyn Nets: (6.9%) Evans is a one-category contributor, but if you’re looking to make a push in rebounding their in no one better. He’s had double-digit rebounds in his last four games and in six of his last seven. His highest board total was last night against Washington as he finished with 24 while adding his first 10+ point performance since February 6. Evans will add occasional steals, but is primarily just a rebound machine.
