The Kansas City Chiefs have continued to add to their list of offseason moves with the latest signing being former New York Jets defensive end Mike DeVito. The Kansas City Star was the first to pass along the news. Their report reads:

"DeVito, 28, visited with the Chiefs today. He played in all 16 games for the Jets last season. The 6-foot-3, 305-pounder made 52 tackles, including a sack."

It was believed soon after 4:00 p.m. ET that DeVito to the Chiefs was a likely move. DeVito flew out to visit Kansas City and all reports indicated that it would be surprising if he left town without a new contract. It looks like those reports were correct.

With the signing of DeVito, all signs point to former first-round pick Glenn Dorsey not returning to the Chiefs. His market in free agency should start to heat up.
