Arizona Cardinals free agent running back Beanie Wells is generating some interest with the NFL free agency officially kicking off. The interest in Wells is coming from the Northeast where he had played college football at Ohio State.

The two teams showing early interest in Wells are the Cincinnati Bengals and Pittsburgh Steelers.

Wells is a young back that hasn’t seen his carry count rise, so he has a lot of effort left to give a team. Wells could be a great fit in Pittsburgh and give the team the hard-nosed running back that they have lacked in the past few years.
