Former New England Patriots wide receiver Brandon Lloyd is at home as a free agent. There are a lot of teams that could use a free agent but Lloyd isn’t interested in playing for any of them. Last season for New England he caught 74 passes for 911 yards and 4 touchdowns. Lloyd at 32 was more than effective last season and can still play. Lloyd is just two years removed from a 1,448 yard season with the Denver Broncos.

This could simply mean that Lloyd isn’t interested in any teams calling his name. It could also mean that Lloyd is waiting to see if the Patriots call his number, they’re missing Rob Gronkowski and lost Aaron Hernandez. There main wide receiver threat is the often and frequently injured Danny Amendola. Lloyd and Amendola were teammates for a a while in St. Louis during the 2011 season.
