Washington Nationals honor Navy Yard victims with hats (Photos)

Tragedy struck the Washington D.C. area on Monday. A shooter attacked innocent people on the Navy yard. That caused Major League Baseball to suspend the Monday night’s game between the Atlanta Braves and the Washington Nationals. It is an incredibly classy move and gesture on the organization’s part.

Nationals requested to wear Navy hats for BP. MLB said they could. They are not wearing the "N" hats for the game.

They’re also wearing the uniforms with the American Flag in the logo.

I saw that Bleacher Report reported that “the hats were hand-delivered by a Navy Admiral.”
