The Baltimore Ravens continue to search for stability at the wide receiver position, but through two games, have failed to do so. After an offseason that saw them lose Anquan Boldin to trade, Dennis Pitta & Deonte Thompson to injury, and Ed Dickson to a hamstring tear that clearly limited him in the team’s first two games, they need someone to step up and give Joe Flacco another legitimate weapon to throw to.

It doesn’t help that Pro Bowl kick returner Jacoby Jones sprained his medial collateral ligament in his right knee during the Week 1 loss to the Denver Broncos, and today, he was ruled out of Sunday’s matchup with the Houston Texans:

"Jones is expected to be out four to six weeks, according to sources.Five other players didn’t practice Wednesday, including Pro Bowl running back Ray Rice (left hip flexor strain), inside linebacker Arthur Brown (left strained pectoral), cornerback Chykie Brown (right knee), defensive end Chris Canty (strained groin), center Ryan Jensen (foot surgery).Wide receiver Deonte Thompson (sprained left foot) and rookie defensive tackle Brandon Williams (right big toe) were limited as they returned to practice."
