The Baltimore Ravens bolstered their thin secondary depth today at the expense of their AFC North rivals and biggest competition to the AFC North crown, as they claimed safety Jeromy Miles off of waivers. The Bengals previously waived miles last week after he suffered a hamstring injury in Week 1, and has missed Games 2 & 3 because of it.

Prior to both games, the Bengals cut Miles in order to bring in a healthy body, either from the practice squad, or in the form of a free agent off the street.

This time, they won’t be able to re-sign Miles, as the Ravens now have him, and he excels on special teams and has been one of the Bengals best ST players over the years.
