2013 has not been a good year for Jackson DeVille, the insanely creepy mascot of the 0-4 Jacksonville Jaguars. Already having been forced to dance in a thong due to a lost bet — you can watch the video here, though I’m sure viewing a video of a be-thonged guy gyrating in a fur suit guarantees you’ll be on some government watch-list — DeVille was recently required to be shot by 40 paintballs due to another lost bet.

Someone should get the NCPG on the line; this furry fellow needs help.

Before his Jaguars took on the Indianapolis Colts, DeVille made a bet with the Indianapolis mascot stipulating that the mascot of the losing team would have to be shot with a number of paintballs equal to the final score. The Colts won 37-3, meaning this happened…

Oh, look, he even wore his thong.

Of course, the important lesson to take away from all of this is that mascots should be taken out back and shot more frequently. Screw mascots.
