The Sixers are going to be bad this season. They traded away their all-star in Jrue Holiday, and they have pretty much made it known that they are going to start building through the draft. The Sixers also know they are going to be bad, so they are going to give a little incentive to the fans who buy their tickets first, via Sixers.com:

"The Philadelphia 76ers today announced that they will create personalized “Together We Build” billboards for the first 76 fans who purchase single game tickets tomorrow, October 8, starting at 10:00 a.m., when all single game tickets for the 2013-14 regular season go on sale.“As the Sixers wrap up their trip to Europe and head back to Philadelphia to prepare for opening night, we recognize the integral role fans play in creating our home-court advantage at the Wells Fargo Center,” said Sixers CEO Scott O’Neil. “We take building together literally – fan by fan, game by game – and hope these billboards begin to show our appreciation and support for Sixers fans in a memorable way.”The first 76 fans who purchase single game tickets will receive a photo of their billboard from the team. The billboards will be in rotation with other Sixers advertisements throughout the week."

So that’s a nice thing to do. If you’re bad in the city of Philadelphia, they’ll let you know. If you’re one of the 76 fans that gets a billboard, that’ll be a nice thing. As for the team you’ll be watching? Sorry.
