Former NFL coach and current ESPN NFL analyst Herm Edwards is the gift that keeps on giving. During a recent segment with Mark Schlereth, Trey Wingo and Antonio Pierce, Schlereth decided it would be a good idea to focus on NFL players hitting each other in the junk for his “Off the Mark” piece.

If watching grown men hit each other in the promised land wasn’t awkward enough, Edwards decided to up the ante.

After the segment was ended and the crew was preparing to wrap things up, good ole Herm took his rolled up stack off papers and decided to cupcheck his co-workers. To make things even more entertaining, Herm continued to yell, “Check your package!” as he slapped Schlereth, Wingo and Pierce in the nuts.

It was all in good fun, but it was also awkward as hell.

Let’s hope Herm was wearing a cup so they couldn’t seek revenge after ESPN went to break.
