The Green Bay Packers quarterback problems just got worse. If losing Aaron Rodgers and being forced to play Seneca Wallace wasn’t bad enough, now they’re playing Scott Tolzien at quarterback. Wallace left the game with a groin injury.
Wallace’s return is questionable.
Prior to today, Tolzien hasn’t recorded a stat in the NFL yet. He was a solid quarterback in college. his senior year he completed about 73 percent of his passes for 2,459 yards and 16 touchdowns. He only threw 6 interceptions that season as well. His career completion percentage was 68.1.
Tolzien has been on the practice squad with the Packers and was recently given a big raise to keep other teams looking to poach him away. Tolzien played his college football for the University of Wisconsin as well.
Seneca Wallace got injured on that escape to the right side. Scott Tolzein quarterbacking.
