It was one year ago to the day that the New York Jets gave us the epic Butt Fumble that dominated sports blooper reels for months. It was also the moment that allowed the Jets to move on from quarterback Mark Sanchez, which ultimately led to the selection of Geno Smith in the 2013 NFL Draft.

The Jets have made progress, but the blunder that was the Butt Fumble still hangs over their heads, especially with the recent struggles from Smith.

While everyone would love to move on from that moment, you can’t do that just yet.
