The San Francisco 49ers offense is about to get a whole lot better after they found out that wide receiver Michael Crabtree was ready to go.

The other day, the 49ers activated him and are prepared for him to make his 2013 season debut against the St. Louis Rams on Sunday

They’re currently chasing the division leading Seattle Seahawks, a team who lost Sidney Rice but picked up Percy Harvin. With Crabtree in the mix along side Anquan Boldin and Mario Manningham, Kaepernick’s numbers should improve.

Crabtree’s snap count may be limited considering he may not be in football shape just yet, but there’s no reason why he shouldn’t pick up at least five or so receptions. They may even use him in short yardage situations or goal line just to get him on the board.

It’s great to see such a talented player like Crabtree back on his feet and ready to play.
