The Golden State Warriors are taking on the Charlotte Bobcats on Monday night. They found themselves victim of a slow start, but they got a big momentum-shifting play from center Andrew Bogut.

Bogut had a huge dunk on Anthony Tolliver, elevating and slamming it home with a simple two-handed jam. It wasn’t the most athletic or awe-inspiring dunk, but it was still a big dunk.

That is thanks in part to Tolliver’s efforts to try and block the dunk. Instead he found himself on the wrong side of a posterizing dunk. There still is a lot of time left in this game so tune in to see how it plays out.

Bogut was almost on his way out of town when the Warriors were courting Dwight Howard.

“Dwight created a bit of a circus with it all,” Bogut said in September, via the San Francisco Gate. “He wanted to get his five minutes with it all and make sure he visited as many teams as he could and get as much coverage as he could, which is his prerogative. I won’t say there’s anything wrong with that, but it did create a lot of turmoil for a lot of teams – not just us.

“There were a lot of guys who were like, ‘What the hell is going on here?’ ”

“I’ve touched on that enough,” he said. “I’m not really going to get involved in it too much more. It is what it is. He’s in Houston now. I’m here. I’m not really thinking about it too much.”
