On the main card of UFC on FOX 9, Team Alpha Male’s Chad Mendes looked to keep his standing as the No. 1 contender in the featherweight division. Mendes confident heading in to his bout against Nik Lentz, but he was slowed down a bit by the flu. However, he was able to overcome the physical setbacks and powered his way to a unanimous decision victory.
