The rumors around Cleveland Cavaliers’ guard Dion Waiters continue to swirl.

Neither the Cavaliers nor Waiters seem all that happy with their current situation and the Cavaliers are reportedly open to dealing the fourth overall pick of the 2012 NBA draft.

Reports have suggested that both the Chicago Bulls and Philadelphia 76ers are interested in trading for Waiters and according to Jared Swerling of Bleacher Report, the 76ers are Waiters’ preferred destination.

"It’s no secret that the Cleveland Cavaliers have been shopping second-year shooting guard Dion Waiters, and the latest update, according to two sources who spoke with Bleacher Report, is that the Chicago Bulls and Philadelphia 76ers have emerged as the top two suitors. And both are realistic destinations based on trade assets and financial complements.According to a source close to Waiters, he “wants out” of Cleveland and “prefers to go to Philly because he thinks he’d be the best player on the team. That’s his mindset.”"

Waiters is averaging 14.4 points, 3.2 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game this season.

In other Waiters news, he is listed as a game-time decision for Tuesday’s game after he banged knees with Cavaliers’ Tyler Zeller in practice Monday.
