Aledo High School won the Texas Class 4A Division II state title on Saturday, beating Brehnam High School to the tune of 38-10 and setting what could prove to be an unbreakable record in the process. The Aledo Bearcats finished the year with 1,023 points, shattering the previous national scoring record of 903 points set back in 2001 by Albemarle High School (North Carolina).

The Bearcats and their high-octane offense made headlines earlier this year when they beat Western Hills High School 91-0. The blowout victory resulted in a parent of a player on the Western Hills squad accusing Tim Buchanan, the head coach of Albedo, of bullying.

Then, of course, there was this sweatshirt that poked fun at Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones:

According to a report, about 250 of the sweatshirts have already been sold.

Now that the Aledo Bearcats hold the national record, there is only one question worth asking: OMG COULD THEY, LIKE, BEAT A BAD FBS TEAM?!1?
