According to Jay Glazer, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have done some serious house cleaning on the Monday after the NFL regular season as they have fired head coach Greg Schiano after two seasons on the job and General Manager Mark Dominik:

As far as Schiano goes, this was a move that was readily expected to happen as the experiment with the former Rutgers head coach has failed miserably since his hiring back in January of 2012.

This season, the team stumbled their way to a 4-12 record, and Schiano’s handling of the team came under fire multiple time, including his reported treatment of former quarterback Josh Freeman.

Dominik has been shown the door after five years as the General Manager of the Bucs. He took over the front office duties back in 2009.

With this news, on the college front anyway, you can now let the speculation of Schiano to Penn State heat up that much more, as it began to over the weekend with reports that the Nittany Lions administration is ready to go “all in” on the coach.
