The Arizona Cardinals are coming off a great season even tho they were unable to make the playoffs. At least it was better than their 5-11 2012 season.

Now during the 2012 season, Andre Roberts was a huge part of this offense. He was able to record a career highs in receptions with 64, receiving yards with 759 and touchdowns with five. This year his production dropped a little bit, but it wasn’t all that terrible. He still helped out this offense.

With Carson Palmer under center, Roberts picked up 43 receptions for 471 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

Now according to the Arizona Republic, Andre Roberts is expected to test the free agent market. I don’t believe the market for free agent receivers will be all that great this year, so I doubt he’ll have a problem finding a new place to call home.

He’s a former 2010 third round pick who just turned 26 years old today (January 9th), so Happy Birthday to him. Arizona has appears to have a lot on their plate with Larry Fitzgerald, Daryl Washington and Patrick Peterson possibly receiving a long-term deal.
