Steve Nash is not only one of the best point guards in the history of the NBA, but he is also one of the most unique players to have played. He isn’t unique in the sense that Metta World Peace is unique, but he looks at life with an intellectual perspective, and plays the game with a cerebral approach. He has also had an interesting journey to get to where he is now.

Have you ever wanted to see what happened in Steve Nash’s life, and see how he got to this point? Well, now you can. Filmmaker Michael Hamilton launched a campaign on Kickstarter.com to raise funds for a documentary titled “NASH” that revolves around the point guard, and it seems as if people are interested. The film had a goal of 30,000 dollars, and it reached that number on Friday.

Now, the movie which has already been in the works, will be completed. This should be a great film, and I personally can’t wait to watch it. In the trailer above, it shows interviews from NBA legends and celebrities, and it shows how big his influence has been.

You can still donate to the movie here, and you can check out the details at NashMovie.com. It is sad to watch one of the greats end his career on a sour note due to injuries, and le’ts hope he can get healthy for one final year. Nash is in his 18th season, has played for three teams, and his currently 4th on the all-time assists list.
