Tom Brady returned to the Patriots facility, expected to practice

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has been battling an illness this week that he kept him away from the team and causing him to miss practice on Wednesday. Brady is feeling better and is reportedly at the facility and expected to practice Thursday morning.

The illness couldn’t have come at a worse time for Brady and the Patriots. They’re heading to Denver to take on the Broncos in the AFC Championship game. It is just another hurdle for the Patriots, who Brady thinks are considered to be the underdogs in this game.
“I’m sure no one’s going to pick us to win this week,” said Brady. “We’ve had our backs against the wall for a while. Really, the whole season we’ve lost players, and teams have really counted us out.”
