The Seattle Seahawks sealed their trip to the Super Bowl when Richard Sherman broke up a pass intended for San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Michael Crabtree in the end zone with seconds left in the game. Sherman then confronted Crabtree and got in his face, which led to Crabtree pushing Sherman away.

It probably stems from these comments Crabtree made about the best cornerback in the league, snubbing Richard Sherman in the process. Crabtree wouldn’t acknowledge that Sherman was the best when asked about it.

“I don’t know (anything) about the best cornerbacks in the league. I just know teams, you know. We are playing the Seattle Seahawks and hopefully we come out with a win. We are going hard.”

He would acknowledge that the Seahawks have a pretty good defense.

“They move around, they are pretty good, pretty good,” Crabtree said. “They are a good football team. We got some good guys too. So it is going to be a good game.”
