Each year, as we near the draft, players start to stand out and get talked about more and more. Tajh Boyd is an example of this, as we knew he’d be talked about coming out of Clemson and he’s now starting to pick up steam with teams. The Oakland Raiders are reportedly high on Boyd but so too could the Jacksonville Jaguars.

No one from the Jaguars has made it known that they covet Boyd, but the Florida Union-Times points out that the Jags will get a good look at Boyd at the Senior Bowl.

"If the Jaguars opt to address pass rusher or receiver with the No. 3 pick, they could be in play to draft Boyd in the second round. Heck, what about a Boyd-Sammy Watkins combo coming to Jacksonville?Although Boyd is playing for the North team this week, he wants to take advantage of having the Jaguars’ coaching staff being involved with the South squad."

It’s clear that the Jaguars will be drafting a quarterback relatively high in the draft this year. The only question is how high will that be and will the name called end up being Tajh Boyd?
