The NBA trade deadline is about 48 hours away and already we’re starting to hear some deals get cooked up that may end up being served she the deadline arrives — or possibly sooner. According to Adrian Wojnarowski from Yahoo! Sports, the Sacramento Kings are in talks to acquire Jason Terry and Reggie Evans from the Brooklyn Nets in exchange for guard Marcus Thornton.

The talks are serious enough for the no nonsense Wojnarowski to report, but as he states that hardly means this thing is a done deal.

Sacramento has been rumored to be shopping Thornton hard as of late and the Nets have been looking more and more willing to part with Jason Terry. The deal isn’t close to being done yet, but this is certainly something to keep a very close eye on.
