Now that the Orlando Magic and Glen “Big Baby” Davis have officially agreed to a buyout, the Magic are down to 12 players and need to sign another player to fill out their roster

According to multiple reports, forward Adonis Thomas, a former highly-touted high school recruit that played for the Memphis Tigers, will sign a 10-day contract with the Magic.

While playing for the Springfield Armor of the D-League this season, Thomas was averaging  16.2 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per game.

Thomas isn’t the only former highly regarded prospect making his way to Orlando. Former Southern Cal Trojan Dewayne Dedmon will also join the Magic.

In 15 games for the Golden State Warriors and Philadelphia 76ers, Dedmon averaged 2.5 points and 3.3 rebounds in 10.4 minutes per game.
