NFL Free Agnecy 2014: D’Qwell Jackson set to meet with Denver Broncos
By Jack Crosby

Last Wednesday, linebacker D’Qwell Jackson was released by the Cleveland Browns right before the Free Agency period hits, leaving some very interesting options open for the veteran, one of which being possibly landing with the AFC Champion Denver Broncos. And according to Mary Kay Cabot, the Browns beat writer for the Cleveland Plain-Dealer, Jackson is currently headed to sit down and discuss a potential move out west with the team.

Jackson has publicly stated that he wants to go to a team with a little more stability, and they don’t come much more stable than the Broncos at this point. The marriage could be very amicable as we clearly saw in the Super Bowl against the Seattle Seahawks that the Broncos could use some help on the defensive side of the ball going forward.
The veteran was cut loose last week after being the unquestioned leader of the Browns team, and one of their more consistent players the past few seasons, rather than pay him a $4 million roster bonus.
