The much rumored tension between the San Francisco 49ers and their head coach, Jim Harbaugh, keeps coming more and more to light, and this time, a report from the San Francisco Chronicle seems to suggest that is “act is wearing thin” inside the locker room.

According to the report from the Chronicle, Ann Killion explains that Harbaugh might not have the best relationship with not only the executives, but some key players on the field as well.

"“One source with inside knowledge of the team says that Harbaugh’s act has worn thin in the locker room,” Killion writes, “particularly among some key ‘face of the 49ers’ type players.  While the team is winning, that’s not a problem.  But a few losses could expose a widening rift.”"

Things came to a crucial head about two weeks ago when word began to leak that the team nearly came to terms on a trade with the Cleveland Browns that would have shipped Harbaugh east to fill the Browns’ vacant spot.

Now with this, you have to wonder what a few losses can bring during the 2014 season. How much more can possibly come public?
