Wade Phillips clarifies Jason Garrett, Cowboys record tweet

So the other day, former Dallas Cowboys head coach Wade Phillips appeared to be trolling current head coach Jason Garrett on Twitter.
Jason Garrett is tied with Wade Phillips for 56 games as the @dallascowboys head coach. Phillips: 34 - 22; Garrett: 29 -27. #suprisesMe

And I say appeared to be, because Wade Phillips is back tracking and trying to clarify what that tweet meant.
