The Baltimore Ravens made an offer for wide receiver and kick return specialist Jacoby Jones. That is where negotiations between the two sides sort of died down.
Ravens still have interest in Jacoby Jones and made him an offer, per sources. Nothing imminent for him, either

Jones made $4 million in 2013, and could be looking for a dollar figure around that amount. That is considered to be above his value and the Ravens likely offered him less than that, which my be why nothing is imminent.
Instead he’ll keep that offer in his back pocket and see what the open market is offering him and if he can find a sweeter deal.
