One of the most highly sought after free agents early in the NFL’s negotiating period has been Cleveland Browns safety T.J. Ward. Ward has been receiving interest from a number of teams from around the league, but now a new team is expected to throw their hat in the mix.

According to Mike Klis of the Denver Post, the Denver Broncos are expected to pursue Ward when the market opens on Tuesday afternoon.

Ward is one of the top available safeties and the Broncos are making adding a new safety and bolstering their secondary a priority, so it would be an obvious signing for the Broncos if they are able to agree to a deal.
