The 2014 free agent cornerback market is expected to heat up and deliver huge pay days to the top players available as soon as the market officially opens on Tuesday afternoon, which had left many to believe Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie could be leaving the Denver Broncos.

However, according to Peter King of Sports Illustrated’s MMQB.com, it appears that Rodgers-Cromartie is “likely” to re-sign with the Broncos.

The good news for Denver is that they have plenty of space available under the NFL’s salary cap, so they can ante up with some of the top teams and deliver a big pay day to Rodgers-Cromartie that could convince him to stay in town.
