Kansas City Chiefs left tackle Branden Albert wanted out of town last year but stayed under the franchise tag. This year he hits the free agent market and is reportedly headed to the Miami Dolphins for $10 million per year.
NFL Network’s Jeff Darlington reports that Albert is expected to sign just minutes after the start of free agency passes, the deal is that close to done.
It won't surprise me, based on my conversations with Dolphins players this weekend, if Branden Albert is signed with Miami by 4:05 p.m. EST.

As noted Monday, Albert (MIA) set to get $10M/year. Of course, until contracts are signed, nothing is official but all expected done today
