Although most of the speculation involving the New York has surrounded the potential addition of quarterback Mike Vick, wide receiver Eric Decker, wide receiver James Jones or the possible return of superstar cornerback Darrelle Revis, the Jets have been busy with other players and brought back one of their own on Wednesday.

According to Pro Football Talk, the Jets re-signed defensive tackle Leger Douzable to a one-year deal.

Douzable went undrafted out of Central Florida in 2008 after being named First Team All Conference USA with the Knights during the 2007 college football season.

He started his career on the Minnesota Vikings’ practice squad and made his NFL debut a year later for the St. Louis Rams.  Douzable then spent his next two years with the Jacksonville Jaguars back in his home state of Florida before joining the Jets prior to last season.

Douzable had 19 tackles and 1.5 sacks for the Jets last season.
