The New Orleans Saints are bringing back running back Pierre Thomas, who reportedly signed a two-year extension with the team today. They were reportedly considering trading him but instead extended him to lower his salary cap number. The Saints are reportedly considering shifting the offense more towards Khiry Robinson in the future. Thomas is also staring that dreaded 30-year-old mark for running backs in the face.
Pierre Thomas has signed a two-year extension to remain with the #Saints, per @CLamontSmith said.
